Starting January 19, the Center for Health, Well-Being & Happiness will be offering a weekly mindfulness practice open to students, faculty and staff. This is an invitation to take a mental break, regain balance, and learn how to use mindfulness to bring your attention back to the present moment and manage stress.

There will be 2 sessions weekly happening on the same day in separate buildings.
