Details

Join this week's mindfulness practice open to students, faculty and staff. This is an invitation to take a mental break, regain balance, and learn how to use mindfulness to bring your attention back to the present moment and manage stress.

Schedule: 
There will be 2 sessions weekly happening on the same day. 
Dates: Wednesdays
  • Slot 1: 11:00am - 11:30am
  • Slot 2: 12:30pm - 13:00pm
*The classroom might change occasionally so please double check.
