Who can participate in the IE crews:
Students and Alumni of IE with sailing and regatta experience.
Please read all the information carefully before you apply to be part of the IE sailing team for this event.

Thursday May 18th
Arrival in Circolo Vela Gargnano (Bogliaco) in Via Alessandro Bettoni, 23, 25084 Gargnano BS, Italy

• 3.00 PM - Welcome, boat allocation and hotel rooms allocation (Hotel Bogliaco & Hotel Villa Europa)
• 4.30 PM - Welcome greetings to the participants
• 8.00 PM - Dinner at restaurant
• Dress Code: informal

Friday May 19th

• 9.30 AM - Breakfast at Hotel
• 10.00 AM - Skipper briefing
• 11.00 AM - Start Regatta
• 6:00 PM - Aperitivo on club terrace
• ​Free Evening

Saturday May 20th

• 9.30 AM - Breakfast at Hotel
• 10.00 AM - Skipper briefing
• 11.00 PM - Start Regatta
• 7.00 PM - Conference at Hotel Bogliaco + award giving cerimony
• 9.00 PM - Event Dinner at Hotel Bogliaco
• Dress Code: Black Tie

• 9.30 AM - Breakfast at Hotel
• 10.00 AM - Hotel check out
• Free day: Free time to enjoy Lake Garda and surroundings
