Dr. Sarkissian has over 25 years of experience in science and technology, global diplomacy and international business. He has assisted states, private sector organizations, and businesses in overcoming some of the most challenging internal and external issues that corporations and policy makers face in a complex globalized world.

Additionally, he has done this by drawing on his extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of transition economies and state building processes in the Eurasia region. He has concentrated on global business, cybersecurity, high technology, political and security issues, nuclear power industry policy development, political economics, and investment opportunities and dangers in the energy sector in recent years.
