Details
A failure to deliver on wellbeing will ensure a failure to prepare your people for the pace of transition and change they will now face in our hybrid world. Therefore, we must set the conditions for a cognitively flexible, adaptive and resilient workforce by investing in sustainable wellbeing. One of the cheap and cheerful way to do this is through focusing on Kindness, Empathy and Compassion in the workplace.
In this session we will explore:
- The impact of Covid on wellbeing and performance.
- The life skills needed for success in a Hybrid World.
- The benefits of Kindness, Empathy and Compassion in powering sustainable wellbeing in a Hybrid Workplace.
