The world needs more women in tech, now more than ever in our increasingly digital world. This talk will cover the root of gender inequality and why closing the gender gap should be a priority for all.
Our speaker, Professor Christina Stathopoulos, will share her own experience as a woman in tech and a #IamRemarkable by Google Facilitator, as well as insider tips on how to land YOUR dream job in tech.

Christina is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina (USA), but has been based in Madrid, Spain since 2012. She is dedicated to the world of data, working as an Analytical Lead at Google and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Information Systems and Technologies at IE Business School.
She is an analyst, statistician, and educator helping companies harness the power of data. As well, an avid reader, traveler, strong supporter of lifelong learning and early adopter of new technologies.
She holds a M.Sc. in Business Analytics and Big Data from IE School of Human Sciences and Technology and a B.Sc. in Science, Technology and Society from North Carolina State University.
