About Us

IE was founded in 1973 by entrepreneurs as an independent, non-profit Business School. Based in Madrid, a focal point in Europe, both in a geographical sense and in a business sense, the School boasts an advantage for its partners and students. Collaboration with the United States, Middle East and Asia, as well as Spain's historical ties with South America, help to attract high profile and multicultural students, faculty and stakeholders. There are 160 different nationalities among students, alumni and faculty. Diversity and internationalism are part of the institution's DNA.

  1. Day 1

    The first day of the online visit presents 3 sessions aiming to welcome the Peer Review Team by the leadership of IE Business School and set the objectives of this year reaccreditation visit.

  2. Day 2

    The second day is a full day of sessions discussing the Continuous Improvement Report submitted by IE. The PRT members will meet with IE leaders, faculty members, undergraduate and postgraduate students.

  3. Day 3

    The last day of the online visit will conclude with half-day of sessions; the objective will be to compile recommendations, to receive feedback and to farewell the PRT members.
