Hugh Massie, a behavioural insights pioneers, entrepreneur, award-winning author and mentor will demonstrate how behaviour and money attitudes are inherently integrated, thereby influencing every decision a person makes. Participants will experience with real-life stories and interactive demo's across a wide range of business areas how a proven Behaviourally SMART methodology combining unique behavioural and financial personality backed by extensive research can be used to guide leaders and their teams so that they do not make flawed decisions under pressure.
Alvaro Gaviño, a Behavioural Economics Global Leader at BBVA, will close the event discussing the future of behavioural science and artificial intelligence. He will explain how the current technological advances in artificial intelligence will shape the future of behavioural science, allowing for companies to give a step forward in applying behavioural economic principles with machine algorithms.

He has also written or contributed to many other publications and presented extensively as a keynote speaker about human performance acceleration through revealing and managing behavioral insights and money attitudes.

Alvaro Gaviño is a Behavioral Economics Global Leader at BBVA. His main focus is on the construction of BBVA's Behavioral Science Unit. His principal field of research is studying the importance of human cognition and human behavior in business in general and banking in particular. He has merged his knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (he holds a Degree in Computer Science) with behavioral economics principles and leveraged its multiple applications to marketing and communications. He combines these job/research tasks with sharing these insights and findings as CEO of the Behavioral Economics Observatory of the Madrid Council of Economists. He is also a Professor at ISDI Spain for the Master in Internet Business, an Associate professor at IE for the Grade in Behavioral Science, and a professor at UDIMA for the Master in Behavioral Economics.
