Details

Join this week's mindfulness practice open to students, faculty and staff. This is an invitation to take a mental break, regain balance, and learn how to use mindfulness to bring your attention back to the present moment and manage stress.

Schedule: 
There will be 2 sessions weekly happening on the same day in separate buildings.
Dates: Most Thursdays with some exceptions moved to Wednesdays due to overlaps. Check out the full calendar.
