At the Center for Health & Well-being at IE University, we help our community develop tools to work on ourselves and to experience a life with more purpose, embracing healthy habits, aware of our emotions, cultivating strong connections and relationships and working on our overall well-being.
World Mental Health Day is just around the corner, and we want to screen the movie for our community, to learn more about feelings, emotions and be more open and understanding of them.
The film encourages the full spectrum of emotions, and shows Riley entering puberty and experiencing brand new, more complex emotions as a result, conveying that they all are an essential part of life.
