Our mission is to educate, promote and spread inclusive practices towards the LGBTQAIP* community and to foster a supportive network of professionals that will perform as ambassadors on and off campus, in the academy and in the workplace.

LGBT+ @Work 2025

LGBT+@Work annual conference

Presented by the IE Out & Allies club, with a mission to promote and advocate for LGBTQAIP+ leadership in the international business sphere. The longest running business conference in Europe (since 2006), built for the world's LGBT+ business community of the future. Attendees come from Europe's top business schools (IE, INSEAD, LBS, SAID, IESE, HEC, SDA, etc) while the speakers and panellists are global leaders that engage with diversity and inclusion topics like adversity, advocacy, the wage gap, pronouns, trans employment struggle, and more.
