The ACB has made significant strides in improving its financial management and control model in recent years, particularly under the leadership of Antonio Martín.

After 9 years working at PwC, I began my career in football in 2014 as Finance and HR Manager at SD Eibar. In 2016, I was promoted to General Manager of SD Eibar, a position I held until 2019, when I decided to conclude my time at the club and embark on a new challenge as CEO of Elche CF.
In 2020, I was elected Vice-President of LaLiga, and in February 2021, I decided to make another career shift, taking on the role of CEO at Granada CF, a position I held until June 2022.
Currently, I work as an advisor for various clubs and leagues through my own company, Bare. I collaborate on projects with the sports-tech startup accelerator Sportboost and serve as a member of the Advisory Board for the World Football Summit (WFS), the Spanish Association of Sports Marketing, and the Economic Control Commission of ACB. I also teach in various sports management programs

Clint Goodrich is the Executive Director of Sports & Well-Being, bringing over two decades of experience in sports management & marketing at the colleagiate level, across both the United States and Europe. His expertise spans strategic leadership, program development, and the financial management of collegiate and club sports. As a FIBA Certified Basketball Coach, Clint combines a deep understanding of athlete development with the economic and operational aspects of sports organizations.
