Experienced Associate Professor (tenured) with a demonstrated history of working in the education industry. Skilled in Constitutional Law, Emergency Legislation, and Regulation of new Technologies. Strong education professional with a DPhil focused in Constitutional Law from Oxford University. Published widely on these topics in international and peer reviewed journals, while his work on the constitutional value of sunset clauses and on the constitution of Somalia is cited in numerous reports.
