We hope you all had a restful break and are ready for another exciting chapter with the Women in Business Club.

Looking back
The Women in Business Club joined forces with the Entrepreneurial Club 🚀.
We participated in the Club Festival with two guest speakers:

In collaboration with the Energy Club at IE, we hosted an incredible panel discussion with inspiring leaders in the energy industry.

✨ Nataliia Ladykina discussed renewable energy trends.
✨ María del Campo Uña provided perspectives on energy management.
✨ Itziar Sogo shared tips for success in energy consultancy.

Career Fulfillment 🧑💼
We closed our semester with a lecture by Sara Powell, focused on career fulfilment and the roadmap to breaking free from feeling stuck at work.
Sara Powell is the founder of Impactury, a company that offers career fulfilment coaching to business leaders. Previously, she served as COO of a digital consultancy, consulted for Accenture, and co-founded a clean water social enterprise in Ethiopia. She also lectures on social entrepreneurship for executive MBAs and undergraduates.

Masters/MBA Mentorship Program 2024/2025
We will open applications for the 2024/2025 Mentorship Program on September 13th.
The first match-making session will be happening on October 24th, a Midway Session is scheduled for March 20th, 2025 and the Closing Session will take place June 19th, 2025.
What do you need?
An up to date LinkedIn profile and CV as well as a brief motivational essay. Stay tuned for more details coming soon and take advantage of the opportunity to be mentored by an industry expert for one year.
