A talk with Maya Helbaoui: Discovering Mindfulness

IE Women in Business in collaboration with IE Women Initiative is proud to bring you the second talk of the Intergenerational Conversations Serie, between IE Women in Business Club coordinators and some of the members of the IE’s International Women’s Board Members.

In this second talk we have the honour to interview Maya Helbaoui, Public Affairs and Policy Lead, Middle East, at Roche Pharmaceuticals.

We will discuss the topic of Mindfulness, how to become more conscious and self-aware, and how this is translated into our daily lives and leadership positions.
