WIB x WEConnect Europe and MENA Summit Volunteers

We’re looking for 20 enthusiastic student volunteers to join us at the WEConnect International Europe & MENA Summit on 17 November 2025! This is your chance to be part of an inspiring international gathering while gaining behind-the-scenes experience at a world-class conference.

Get the opportunity to be alongside corporates like P&G, ExxonMobil, Accenture, Marriott International, Nike, MSD, etc. The WEConnect International Europe & MENA Summit 2025 will bring over 400 delegates from across the globe for a high-impact event designed to get you closer to the partnerships and network you deserve.

✅ As a volunteer, you’ll receive free access to the full conference (valued at €500 per person) in exchange for supporting event operations, including:
- On-site registration & check-in
- Staffing the information desk
- Assisting speakers with preparations
- Helping with booth setup for corporate partners
- Supporting attendee requests as needed
