Position & Conditions

Job Title: Camp Manager Modality: In-person (accommodation will be provided).
Job Description: Design, plan, and lead engaging activities for campers. You will develop and organize a schedule of games, workshops, and team-building exercises that promote fun, learning, and personal growth. The role includes supervising campers during activities, encouraging active participation, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment at all times. Company Location: Prádena, Segovia.
Job Function: Camp Monitoring Time Commitment: Full-time
Preferred Backgrounds: Open to students from all bachelor’s degree programs. Skills: Activity planning and facilitation; group leadership; teamwork; organizational skills; responsibility and attention to safety.
