MAINTAINING A RESPECTFUL AND
HEALTHY SHARED SPACE

As we move forward in the program and spend long days working together in shared spaces, it's important we all contribute to a positive and respectful environment — not only through our collaboration and attitudes, but also through basic daily habits.

We kindly remind everyone to take care of the following simple but essential practices:

• Be mindful of personal care and grooming to ensure a fresh and professional presence throughout the day.
• Wash your hands regularly and dry them properly.
• Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
• If feeling unwell, consider wearing a mask and limiting close contact with others.

Small efforts in personal care go a long way in ensuring everyone feels comfortable and respected in our shared learning environment.
