JUNE IS THE MONTH OF PURPOSE

We hear a lot about purpose and finding one’s purpose, yet this can be daunting. How can we take time this month to consider what is important to us? What brings meaning and a sense of fulfillment? Finally, how can we elevate these things in our life and dedicate more time to them and enjoy them. Purpose is not rigid, rather fluid and we can work to shape the journey of our lives with meaning and intention. Stay tuned for the activities this month designed to engage in this reflection!

108 SUN SALUTATIONS - INT'L YOGA DAY

Celebrated on June 21, International Yoga Day celebrates the physical and spiritual prowess that yoga has brought to the world stage. The date of June 21 was chosen as it is the Summer Solstice, a suitable occasion to engage in the ancient practice of completing 108 sun salutations with the change of seasons.

Continuing with this tradition we inaugurated at IE in March 2022 to welcome the spring, we are inviting all our IE Community members (plus friends and family), from seasoned to beginner yogis, to join us for this 2nd edition to welcome the summer!
