The deadline to register yourself AND your two guests is April 9th at 11:55 p.m.
Registration Process:
You should have received an email from the Graduation Team with instructions and the registration link. You can also register yourself and your guests HERE.
Reminders:
If you don’t know who your guests will be before April 9th, please register the guest tickets as “Guest X”. You can modify these later ONLY if you registered them before this date.
If you are looking for more tickets at the moment, you can ask your classmates to see if they have a ticket they will not use. If this is the case, they simply need to put the info of your guest on their registration form.
IMPORTANT: Selling tickets is prohibited. If any student is offering to sell you their guest ticket, please report them to imbagraduation@ie.edu.
You will need to upload a picture of yourself when you register. This photo will appear on the screens before the ceremony begins, so please upload a good-quality, professional picture of yourself.

THE COUNCIL ON BUSINESS & SOCIETY 2025 STUDENT CSR ARTICLE COMPETITION IS LIVE!
Register and submit a winning article on a business, society, or planet topic set by faculty from CoBS member schools of business and management across 6 continents and 15 countries.
There will be 1 student winner, 1 runner-up, and up to 3 finalists nominated per CoBS member school. Results will be announced in early May.
