APRIL'S THEME: "OUR WORLD: NATURE & PEOPLE"
For the new month of April, we welcome Spring and want to celebrate nature and people and what they can bring into our lives. Today, we need to consider the importance of nature and be more caring with our planet. Nature heals and should be our everyday safe heaven to allow us to inhale, exhale and breathe peacefully. Like connecting with nature, connecting with people with whom we feel our best can also be healing. We want to cultivate a more profound sense of greater awareness, gratitude, and connection through this month's theme of nature and people. Therefore, this month is an invitation to our community to deeply nurture our relationships with nature and our friends and family.

IE Global Village Day is one of the largest events at IE, where an array of different geographies are represented. There will be a wide and engaging showcase of customs, cuisines, and dance performances from the worldwide spots that IE students call home.
The event will take place on April 28th from 4pm-8pm at the Maria de Molina campus (MM31 Garden) so we are merging Global Village with the Outdoor Fest with DJ & Foodtruck that we unfortunately couldn't celebrate during Happiness Week!
To kickoff the event, you are also invited to an interactive session on Why Well-Being Matters for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at 3pm!
