Welcome aboard! Your International MBA experience begins now, and we're thrilled to be part of it. Over the next year in Madrid, we'll be here to guide and support you.

NAME, NATIONALITY, AND BACKGROUND CONFIRMATION
You received an email to confirm your name, nationality, and background. Please do so by August 7th end of the day.
This information is necessary to correctly address you and to create balanced and diverse workgroups.
ONLINE ETHICS TEST
Students are responsible for collaborating with other community members to cultivate and uphold an environment that aligns with the ethical standards outlined in IE’s Ethics Code, ensuring a culture of integrity and honesty in both personal and academic matters.
Please complete HERE the MANDATORY Online Ethics Code Test by the end of the day on September 3rd.
ACCESS TO IE FACILITIES - PHOTO UPLOAD
Upload your personal picture (make sure it is a professional picture and your face shows clearly) to these two different platforms: HERE and HERE.
You must upload both pictures before August 18th.
SAVE THE DATE – OFFICIAL OPENING CEREMONY
The Opening Ceremony will take place on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024 at 4:30 pm. Please note that the ceremony is only for IMBA students (no guests will be allowed).
The Pre-Programs are MANDATORY and will appear on the final transcripts as an NGS (Non-Graded Satisfactory) / NGU (Non-Graded Unsatisfactory), depending on your results.
Online forums: Use them to ask questions and start discussions with your peers on each week's topics. A professor will monitor the forum and answer your questions. Participation in the forums is optional.
Deadline for all six preprograms: September 15th, at 11:59 pm (Madrid time).

BLACKBOARD ACCESS
IE Blackboard will serve as the primary communication platform for all academic aspects of your MBA, providing you with a specific schedule, course syllabi and materials, professors' announcements, student roster, workgroups and much more. The information will be regularly updated.
Please make sure you access IE Blackboard to check the above mentioned information. Remember to enter your username by typing your full email address @student.ie.edu.
