COMING UP ON HEALTH, WELL-BEING & HAPPINESS

February is the Month of Movement!

Movement is central to our lives. It's an important part of our health and also how we live. We want to cultivate greater awareness of Movement in our daily lives and to consider new practices to leverage habits to be healthier and make a positive impact through how we live. To do so, this month we invite you participate in a step challenge, encouraging you to take the stairs and any opportunity to walk to your next destination; and in a Charity Run (5 or 10K) in which IE will be participating as a team! More information below. How do yo cultivate movement?

Book by Mel Robbins

It’s hard to think ill of oneself when you look in the mirror first thing in the morning if you just high 5 yourself.  This habit It's a way of priming ourself. Priming occurs whenever exposure to one thing can later alter our subsequent behavior or thoughts, without intention. Priming oneself in the morning is key to set a productive and powerful tone for the rest of the day.
