MAY IS CREATIVITY MONTH

Creativity is a strength, however also a skill that can be fostered and developed. Mind wandering, focused thinking and selective attention are three different networks in the brain, that can be trained and when there is strong connectivity between them, original and creative thinking can flourish. Creative people can connect ideas, are willing to be different and are greater risk-takers. Join us in the month of May to focus our attention on creativity and create the space to make broader connections!

SHIFTING TO "PLAYER MINDSET":
STRATEGIES TO COPE WITH IMPOSTOR SYNDROME

Very often we wish our negative emotions would go away. Who wouldn't want to have a button to turn them off at will? The same is true for the Imposter Syndrome. The more it appears, the more we wish it would go away, and paradoxically, the more solid and strong it becomes in our mind. What can we do then?
