GRADUATION: CHECK YOUR NAME FOR THE CEREMONY (15-MONTH ONLY)
You should have received an email from imbagraduation@ie.edu(Subject: Please Check Your Graduation Name _IMBA JAN25-15) on December 10th asking you to check whether the name we have in our records is correct.
This will be the name that appears on your diploma and transcript, and it will also be announced aloud when you are called to the stage during your ceremony in March.
If you haven’t seen this email yet, please check it carefully and if any change needs to be made, answer it directly by Wednesday, December 17th.
APPLICATION OPEN: ADD MIT's M.S.M.S PROGRAM TO YOUR IMBA!
IE Business School partners with MIT to offer IMBA graduates the chance to apply to MIT's Master of Science in Management Studies program that begins in Fall 2026. The application deadline is February 20th, 2026.
The Third Add/Drop will open next Monday, December 15th, at 12 pm and close on Wednesday, December 17th, at 12 pm.
Right now, you can see the courses you are enrolled in on the Bidding Platform.
Important Reminders:
Adding or dropping the Venture Lab or Knowledge Incubator is not possible in this round.
Dropping courses that have already started is not possible.
Dropping courses with fewer than 10 students is not possible.
Changes outside Add/Drop follow the withdrawal policy.
Class schedules of some courses have already suffered alterations. Please refer to your BB Calendar for the most up-to-date info and avoid making long-term plans during lective hours.
Students need to be at the venue at 2:30 pm. This will ensure you arrive on time to get your gown and take your group photo before the event!
Guests should arrive ahead of time to secure the best seats, as they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students and guests should enter the IE Tower via Ave. de Monforte de Lemos 4, 28029 Madrid.

All students must wear their cap and gown to their ceremony.
The ceremony will be streamed, so please feel free to share the link with your loved ones who will not be able to be there in person. You can find the links HERE.
Please make sure you communicate with your online guests the day and time of your ceremony so they can access the proper link.
Are you looking to accelerate your career growth with a certification? During your elective period, you will have the opportunity to take various certifications. Students will be allowed to register for more than one certification. Please keep in mind of your availability during the last months of your MBA when registering.
