ACCESS TO IE FACILITIES - PHOTO UPLOAD
Upload your personal picture (make sure it is a professional picture and your face shows clearly) to these two different platforms: HERE and HERE.

ONLINE ETHICS TEST
Ethical choices shape strong leaders. Don’t forget to complete the mandatory Online Ethics Code Test by the end of the day, September 8th.
ORIENTATION WEEK IS ALMOST HERE!
You are now able to see your class schedule on Blackboard Ultra for Orientation Week and Term I. Check it regularly as updates and changes might occur.
Moving forward, schedules for each academic term will be released two weeks before the start of that term.

Doing the Pre-Programs eases the transition back into academic life and helps you refresh essential knowledge for your MBA. Take your time and complete them before September 20th.

UPCOMING DUAL DEGREE WELCOME SESSION
The Cross-Program Experience Team is delighted to welcome all new Dual Degree (DD) students to IE! After your general orientation activities have concluded, we look forward to meeting you at the Dual Degree Welcome Session on Septermber 21st, designed to give you key information and reminders about what you can expect during your time at IE as Dual Degree students.
In the coming days, you'll be able to see the DD session in your agendas, and we'll share more details in a follow-up e-mail very soon. In the meantime, enjoy the beginning of your first program!
THE OFFICIAL OPENING CEREMONY IS COMING UP!
The Opening Ceremony will take place on Tuesday, September 8th, 2026 at 10AM. Please note that the ceremony is only for IMBA students (no guests will be allowed).
DID YOU KNOW? IE USES THE GAUSS CURVE AS OUR EVALUATION SYSTEM
Understanding how you'll be assessed from day one is key. All courses** use the Gauss Curve as the grading method — your final grade is based on the evaluation criteria from each course and the program's grading distribution.
Knowing how the curve works can help you better interpret your final grades.
For more details, please review the Student Guide before classes begin.
**Exceptionally, a few courses do not use the Gauss Curve. These will be noted in the syllabus.
