🌍 INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE – DETAILED INFORMATION SESSION RECORDING

Thank you to all students who attended the International Exchange information session. The session covered the Short Exchange at SMU (Singapore Management University), open to all students, as well as Long Exchange (Outgoing) opportunities for Fall 2026 for those enrolled in the 15-month Master’s program, including eligibility, the application process, and next steps.

GRADUATION REGISTRATION REMINDERS & HOW TO OBTAIN EXTRA TICKETS (11-MONTHS ONLY)

Check your email for a message from the Graduation team with full details (date, time, venue) and the registration link.

Deadline

  • Registration closes Monday, March 23rd at 11:55 p.m.
  • After this deadline, no new registrations or extra guests will be accepted.

Important

  • You must upload your final photo version — no changes allowed after submission.
  • If unsure about your guest, enter a tentative name (can be updated later, only if registered before the deadline).

Extra Tickets

  • Ask classmates who are not using all their tickets.
  • They must register your guest through their own form.
  • If you are not attending the ceremony but want to give your tickets to someone else, select “Yes” to attending.
  • If “No” is selected, all guest registrations under that form will be automatically deleted.
  • Your seat is guaranteed regardless of your answer.
