108 SUN SALUTATIONS - INT'L YOGA DAY
Celebrated on June 21, International Yoga Day celebrates the physical and spiritual prowess that yoga has brought to the world stage. The date of June 21 was chosen as it is the Summer Solstice, a suitable occasion to engage in the ancient practice of completing 108 sun salutations with the change of seasons.
Continuing with this tradition we inaugurated at IE in March 2022 to welcome the spring, we are inviting all our IE Community members (plus friends and family), from seasoned to beginner yogis, to join us for this 2nd edition to welcome the summer!

Join the first workshop organized by the new IE Well-Being Club!
In this hands-on workshop, we will take an investigative look into our lives and use the effective Japanese tool of Ikigai to understand our life's purpose, and how to align with it. Ikigai (ee-key-guy) is a Japanese concept that combines the terms iki, meaning “alive” or “life,” and gai, meaning “benefit” or “worth.” When combined, these terms mean that which gives your life worth, meaning, or purpose.

Chatter: The Voice in Our Head, Why It Matters, and How to Harness It
Book by Ethan Kross
Tell a stranger that you talk to yourself, and you’re likely to get written off as eccentric. But the truth is that we all have a voice in our head. When we talk to ourselves, we often hope to tap into our inner coach but find our inner critic instead. When we’re facing a tough task, our inner coach can buoy us up: Focus—you can do this. But, just as often, our inner critic sinks us entirely: I’m going to fail. They’ll all laugh at me. What’s the use?
