Dear esteemed members of the IE European Union Club,

Good morning! I hope this email finds you well!

On behalf of the entire Board, I would like to extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to you for attending our events and participating in our activities during the last academic year. Your engagement and unquenchable motivation to grow professionally are the major drivers of our own development and evolvment as the Club. We feel honored to work restlessly for your benefit and rest assured that we will continue to do so in the upcoming academic year.

Simultaneously, considering that lately our Club's membership and the volume of activities hosted rose exponentionally while a notable number of officers have just graduated, the Board of the IE European Union Club is tremendously delighted to open a call for new officers for the 2025/26 academic year starting from today. 

Below you will see a detailed description of all positions available.


Please remember that the positions at the IE European Union Club are open to all IE students, regardless of degree, gender, nationality, ethnicity, citizenship or political views. The most important is your motivation to actively contribute to the development and growth of our Club! If you are passionate or truly concerned about the future of Europe and want to be part of the European movement, submit your candidacy since we are looking precisely for you!

The deadline for submition is Friday, August 8th, 2025, 23:59 pm Madrid time. After the application form is submitted, we will contact you shortly (within a week) to have a short online interview with you.

Events Officer

The Event Department officers are entasked with organising both academic and social events, inviting and receiving high-profile speakers, creating designs for events, collaborating with other organisations-partners and moderating activities on the ground.

This position is available in both chapters of our club (Madrid and Segovia).

External Communications Officer

The External Communications Department officers work on raising engagement of the members with the Club, managing the communication channels, social media of the Club, branding, photographing, video recording and collecting feedback from the attendees after each session.

This position is available in both chapters of our club (Madrid and Segovia).

Head of Segovia Chapter

Main task of the Head of the Chapter in Segovia is to effectively manage the branch of the Club, introduce its strategy, constantly communicate with the leadership of the Club, establish collaborations with partnering organizations and ensure successful hosting of planned activities.
