GRADUATION REGISTRATION REMINDERS & HOW TO OBTAIN EXTRA TICKETS

⚠️The deadline to register yourself and your two guests is Thursday, January 29th at 11:55 p.m.

KEEP IN MIND:

• You can find the Graduation event details and a link to the registration form on the Graduation Webpage.
• After January 29th, the form will close, and no further registrations or additional guests will be accepted.
• If you don’t yet know for sure who your guest will be, please enter a tentative name in the form so that the guest ticket will be saved under your name.
  • You can update these names later, but only for guests registered before the deadline.
• Before uploading your photo in the form, please ensure it is the final version, as no changes will be allowed after submission.

HOW TO OBTAIN ADDITIONAL TICKETS:

• If you’re looking for extra guest tickets, check with classmates who may not be using all of theirs. They can register your guest directly through their own registration form.
• If you are not planning to attend the ceremony but want to give your tickets to a classmate, you must mark “Yes” in the question "Will you attend the Graduation ceremony?"
  • If you select "No" but fill out the guest name fields, once the form closes, the system will automatically delete all guest registrations for students who marked that they will not be attending.
  • This will not have any negative impact. Regardless of your answer in this field, the Graduation team will always save a seat for all students.
• Selling tickets is strictly prohibited. Please report any offers to imbagraduation@ie.edu.
