Spain has hotlines available in English or Spanish for individuals experiencing a psychiatric crisis, whose lives are at risk, or who simply need to talk to someone anonymously. If you are experiencing active suicidal ideation, a panic attack, or recurrent disturbing thoughts, call for immediate assistance (below).
A suicide attempt, sexual aggression, and any medical emergency or serious accident should be reported immediately to the Spanish public emergency response number (medical assistance and the local police) by dialing (+34) 112.
The Spanish national suicide prevention hotline for individuals experiencing distress, despair, or suicidal thoughts. Family and friends may call for advice.
