IE Alumni Benelux Summit 2026

We are excited to invite you to the 2026 IE Alumni Benelux Summit, a special two-day gathering of IE Alumni from across the Benelux region, this year taking place in Brussels to coincide with Europe Day, 9 May.  The theme of this year’s summit is:

European Togetherness – Europe's place on the global stage in 2026 and the intersection of business, politics and education.

The provisional agenda for the summit is as follows (a more detailed agenda with speaker names will be shared closer to the date):

Friday 8 May - Arrival
Evening (from ~5:00pm) - Welcome, registration, high level talk, then drinks and networking

Saturday 9 May – Europe Day
Morning (from ~9:30am) – Guided tour of EU Parliament 
Afternoon – Keynotes, alumni panel discussion, breakout groups, networking
Evening – Alumni Dinner (paid by IE), after party? 

Sunday 10 May - Departure
Morning – Send-off brunch (optional)

We need to know as soon as possible how many people are coming in order to confirm reservations for the tours and restaurants.  If tickets have already sold out, please join the waiting list and we will do our best to increase the total. 

Earlybird tickets cost €20, and after that €25.  Both ticket options include full access to the entire program of group activities on Friday and Saturday, tours, keynotes, content-based sessions, networking, Saturday Lunch and the exclusive Alumni Dinner on Saturday evening. 

Please note that participants should make their own arrangements for transport and accommodation as this is not included in the ticket price.
