Assessment Centers / Group Dynamics

These allow recruiters to assess your abilities and skills to join their organization.

Other Types of Interviews

This section covers panel interviews, case cracking interviews, and resources for each.

Introduction to Assessment Centers

Assessment Centers are one or two-day sessions where recruiters assess your skills through a series of tasks and activities. They usually take place after the first interview and before the final selection stage.

Also known as Selection Centers, they include a mix of online tests, group and individual exercises, case studies, and presentations. In these videos, we’ll take you through what they involve and how to get ready.

Typical Assessment Center Exercises

Assessment Centers combine several types of exercises to evaluate how you think, work with others, and handle real-life business situations.

You may recognize some formats from earlier stage; others will test how you perform in group dynamics or under pressure.

Other Types of Interviews:

Panel & Case Cracking Interviews

In this section, we’ll talk about two other interview styles you might find during the recruiting process. These interviews can be more interactive and may test different skills.

Panel Interviews

Panel interviews involve meeting with several interviewers at once. This format can feel more intense than one-on-one interviews. The key is to engage the whole panel, avoid repeating yourself, and keep your answers clear and structured. In this video, we’ll explain what to expect and share tips to help you make a strong impression.

Case Cracking Interviews

Case interviews are common in consulting and are now used in many other industries too. You’ll be asked to solve a business problem, and the interviewer will assess how you think, structure your ideas, and communicate your solution. In this video, we’ll explain the format and share tips to help you prepare with confidence.
