Bringing together IE alumni, subject-matter experts, business leaders and members of the wider business community, this conference will explore how diversity, inclusion, and well-being shape the modern workplace.

Through expert discussions, panel conversations, and structured networking, we will explore key dimensions of diversity—including gender, neurodiversity, age, LGBTQ+ and cultural diversity—and how inclusive environments foster engagement, innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
