IE SPEGA is pleased to present a timely discussion featuring Dr. Jessica Dorsey, Assistant Professor of International Law at Utrecht University and an expert on the military applications of Artificial Intelligence.

As Artificial Intelligence becomes increasingly integrated into both civilian life and military operations, it presents new opportunities alongside significant risks. This session will examine these developments within the framework of the Responsible Use of AI in the Military Domain (REAIM) initiative.

The discussion will also benefit from the distinguished participation of Captain Antony Crabb (Royal Navy, Defence Attaché at the British Embassy in Madrid), Mr. Yoo Sik Kang (Minister-Counsellor and Consul General, Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea), and Mr. Daniël Kooij (Minister Plenipotentiary, Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Netherlands).
