IE SPEGA is pleased to welcome Taeho Bark, President of the Global Commerce Institute at Lee & Ko and former Minister for Trade of the Republic of Korea, for a conversation on the evolving relationship between Korea, Asia and the European Union.

The session will explore the opportunities for strengthening strategic cooperation between Europe and Asia at a time of profound geopolitical and economic transformation. Drawing on his extensive experience in international trade and economic policy, Taeho Bark will share his perspective on the future of EU-Korea relations, shifting global trade dynamics, and the role of strategic partnerships in navigating an increasingly complex international landscape.

The discussion will be moderated by Ilke Toygür, Director of the Global Policy Center at IE University.

The event will take place on Wednesday, 28 October, from 13:00 to 14:00, in room T-06.03 at IE Tower.
