“War in Ukraine or global war? Implications for European security and the international order” - with Ricardo López-Aranda, Ambassador of Spain to Ukraine

On this occasion, we will have the honor of welcoming Ricardo López-Aranda, a spanish diplomat, who is currently serving as the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to Ukraine. Before assuming his current position in Kyiv, López-Aranda was a Resident Distinguished Fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States in Washington DC. His publications cover topics such as strategic foresight, prospects for the European Union and the West in a changing global order, European security, democracy and disinformation, and Africa.
