In the context of the World Children’s Day, the School of Politics, Economics, and Global Affairs invites you to participate in a unique policy competition focused on children’s digital rights. This event will empower students to create and present actionable public policy proposals aligned with UNICEF’s General Comment No. 25 on children’s rights in the digital environment.

Guided by Professor Cristina Fernández—a seasoned electoral observer for the OSCE, senior consultant for UNITAR, and Executive Director of Strategy & Development at IE University’s Provost Office—students will collaborate in teams to develop policies that safeguard and enhance children’s safety, inclusivity, and rights in the digital age.

To prepare for the competition, students are expected to read beforhand UNICEF’s Observation 25 and watching The Social Dilemma on Netflix to gain a well-rounded perspective on current digital challenges and opportunities for children.

**The winner team will have the opportunity to travel to UN Base in Valencia, fully funded by SPEGA during the upcoming term.
