After 10 years as International Marketing/Sales Executive within multinational corporations and 20 years in Executive recruitment, HR consulting and higher education (HEC Paris, INSEAD, IMD), Claire created BusinezArmony in 2009 to support business schools ‘participants in their development through consulting, training and coaching services.
Claire trained, coached and counseled hundreds of managers and developed an expertise in the fields of Leadership coaching, Career transition and improvement of international managers’ performances. She has Alumni experiences in three different roles: as an Alumna of ESSEC Business school France and IMD Lausanne, as President of an Alumni chapter (IMD Paris) and also in developing and delivering services for an Alumni community (INSEAD).
She holds an MBA degree from IMD and is a certified professional coach from CTI (ICF accredited). She lives and works in Switzerland.
