Join us for an intimate dinner conversation with Dorthe Palmvang, executive coach and founder of Umanpassion.
Dorthe brings over two decades of leadership and HR experience at the highest level — including serving as HR Head for Nordea Wholesale Banking (4,000+ employees across the Nordics and internationally), where she sponsored the bank's Talent programme and its Diversity & Inclusion agenda. She has led large-scale transformation processes, including two major bank mergers. Beyond her corporate career, Dorthe holds a Master's in Gestalt in Organisations from the University of Derby and is a certified coach, drawing on frameworks from MIT Sloan, Harvard Business School, and Columbia Business School.
She will share her perspective on a topic at the intersection of leadership, personal values, and organisational change — followed by an open conversation over dinner.
