Greetings from IE,

We are pleased to invite you to a special master class in Paris for the official launch of Dante in the Workplace, the latest book by Santiago Iñiguez de Onzoño, President of IE University. Join us for an engaging master class exploring how leaders can navigate the modern workplace with integrity, wisdom, and emotional intelligence.

About the book

Dante in the Workplace combines classical literature, philosophy, and practical business insights to guide leaders in cultivating virtues that counter common organizational vices. Inspired by Dante Alighieri’s Purgatorio, the book draws parallels between Dante’s journey through the terraces of purgatory and the challenges leaders face in the workplace.

Each terrace represents a vice pride, envy, wrath, sloth, greed, gluttony, and lust and illustrates how leaders can overcome these challenges by developing corresponding virtues: humility, gratitude, patience, diligence, generosity, and moderation. Through real-world anecdotes from diverse industries, Santiago Iñiguez offers actionable strategies for ethical leadership, emotional intelligence, and effective decision-making.
