We are delighted to invite you to our next IE Alumni Luxembourg gathering on Tuesday, 30 June, from 19:00 onwards.

Join us for a summer dinner on the terrace of Um Plateau, kindly sponsored by IE, and enjoy an evening of great food, conversations, and networking with fellow alumni in one of Luxembourg City's most pleasant outdoor venues.

Starter Options

• Roasted cauliflower, parsley, pecorino cream (V)
• Spring roll with shrimp, mango, carrot, cucumber, vermicelli, spicy garlic soy sauce
• Korean-style crispy fried chicken fillet

Main course Options

• Green asparagus tagliatelle, stracciatella, garlic-rosemary breadcrumb crumble, asparagus cream (V)
• Knife-cut beef tartare, confit onions, ponzu mayonnaise, toasted bread, straw potatoes
• Salmon ceviche with mango, cucumber, red onion, coriander, olive oil and passion fruit emulsion, mesclun salad and balsamic vinaigrette

• Selection of 2 seasonal cheeses & chutney (V)
