Sergey Gorbatov, Ph.D., is a distinguished academic and expert in talent management, leadership development, and organizational behavior. Since 2015, he has been a faculty member at IE University, where he’s taught in the International and Executive MBA programs, as well as in the Master’s programs in HR and Talent Development.
