Are you building the next high-impact startup in Japan?

IE Venture Day Japan 2026 brings together ambitious entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem leaders for a day of startup pitches, inspiring conversations, and meaningful connections. If you are currently working on a startup in Japan with a technology-based solution addressing a challenge, and is at the Pre-Seed or Seed stage, this will be the perfect opportunity for you to connect with industry specialists!

What's in it for you
Up to five finalist teams will pitch live to investors and ecosystem leaders at the final in Tokyo. Whether or not you reach the final, you'll gain visibility in Japan's startup and investment community and meet founders, investors, and industry leaders from Japan and beyond. The day also includes talks from leading voices in entrepreneurship and investment, including Professor Paris De L’etraz from IE University.

Prizes

IE Executive Education: finalists receive a 25% scholarship for selected online executive programs, and the winner receives 50%.
South Summit 2027: finalists receive tickets to South Summit Madrid or Brazil, and the winner gets a fast track to the South Summit Madrid or Brazil final.
