• Moderator: Rafif Srour, Dean, School of Technology and Innovation. She is an academic leader at IE University with international experience across Lebanon, the USA, and Spain. She specializes in teaching, data analytics, and research, and is a strong advocate for innovation in higher education through curriculum design and the integration of Artificial Intelligence. A multiple-time Best Professor Award winner, she actively promotes coaching, mentoring, and women’s empowerment in STEM as a board member of IE Women’s Unit and a member of the Learning Innovation Hub. In 2021, she was recognized among the Top 183 Leading Data Academics by CDO Magazine and among Spain’s 55 leading women in technology (“Yo, Jefa”). She currently serves as Executive Vice Dean of the School of Science and Technology at IE University.
• Vishal Shete – Experienced entrepreneur focused on applying innovative technologies to some of the most complex challenges across industries such as financial services. He led the growth of Terra Quantum into one of the world’s leading quantum technology companies, raising USD 100 million. He has a strong track record in senior executive roles within financial services and management consulting.
• Dr Ángel Gavieiro, AG Strategy & Partners – senior international banking executive and investor/board/c-level strategist with over 25 years of experience across EMEA, the Americas and APAC, driving sustainable success in financial services. He has led wholesale banking businesses with full P&L responsibility as well as the strategy function at Wells Fargo EMEA, Lloyds and Barclays, plus an early career at McKinsey. His expertise spans corporate & investment banking, retail & commercial banking, M&A/organic growth, transformation, digital innovation, and advising neobanks/fintechs. Author of "Strategy in Action" book (Springer Nature, 2022).
• Piyush Gupta, HSBC -Head of Innovation and Strategic Projects ADA (Analytics, Digital, Architecture) Global Finance.
