Our university offers boxing classes designed for anyone (beginners-advanced), led by an experienced coach from outside the university. These classes focus on building basic techniques, fitness, and confidence in a friendly and supportive environment. For trial sessions, we provide boxing gloves and jump ropes, but regular attendees are required to purchase their own boxing gloves and wraps. Classes are open to all students, with sessions held at a gym 8 minutes away from campus twice a week. It’s the perfect way to get fit, learn new skills, and have fun!
