Details

Sparring Sessions: Helmets are mandatory for all participants (provided by the gym), and if you have a mouthguard, please bring it for added protection. While the gym provides boxing gloves, it is highly recommend to bring your own for a better fit and comfort. And don’t forget to bring your water bottle to stay hydrated!
Food Provided (Water fountain is provided at the gym!)
