Start your day with energy, focus, and a good sweat! Join us at 11:00 in the IE Gym for our boxing and kickboxing sparring session.
These sessions aren’t classes—they’re a chance for fighters of all levels to come together, spar, and refine their skills in a safe and supportive environment. Beginners will gain experience with timing, distance, and controlled exchanges, while more seasoned fighters can sharpen their technique and test new strategies.
👉 Important note for beginners: We recommend taking at least one boxing or kickboxing class beforehand to get comfortable with the basics. The IE Gym and Boxing Club offer beginner-friendly classes that will prepare you for sparring.
Session details:
🕚 Starts at 11:00 in the IE Gym.
🦷 Mouthguards are mandatory for safety.
🧤 Gloves, headgear, and leg guards are provided by IE Gym.
🤝 Inclusive and open to all skill levels.
