IE Creativity Day Session 2: The Voice of Archetypes Workshop

A Daemon is, in Greek mythology, a divine character equivalent to fortune, luck, a protective genius, fate, or destiny, when not a being between mortals and immortals that transmitted human affairs to the gods and divine affairs to human beings according to Plato.

An archetype is universal archaic patterns and images that derive from the collective unconscious, inherited potentials that are actualized when they enter consciousness or manifest themselves in behavior in interaction with the outside world.

The existence of Daemons and Archetypes can be deduced indirectly with storytelling, religions, art, myths, or dreams since they are personal aspects we may not recognize or feel identify with.

Embracing them however may express the unity of our transitioning this life wholly.

The Voice of Archetypes is a unique collaboration between a humanistic psychotherapist and an internationally acclaimed artist. An immersive experience where attendees will explore -through music, poetry, and plastic arts- the different characters that inhabit us so to avenue a way of expressing them inside out.

According to recent participants, the workshop not only triggers exploration on how to make an impact in the people around us but built a feeling of conform, gratitude and relief towards a sense of completion at the end of their day.

The lesson behind this transformative experience is the necessity of being ourselves, looking at reality from within, boosting your confidence and surrender to your archetype as a safe channel to reach deep into our hearts.

This activity is the evidence that individuality can became a unitary mass.
