Inclusive Leadership

We are pleased to welcome Professor Ruth Rubio Marín for a seminar with our undergraduate students in Segovia on the topic of inclusive leadership. A leading scholar in constitutional law and gender equality, Professor Rubio Marín brings extensive international experience and a deep commitment to advancing more inclusive and equitable institutions.

In this seminar, she will explore what inclusive leadership means in today’s complex and diverse societies, reflecting on how leaders can foster environments that value different perspectives, promote equal opportunities, and address structural inequalities. Drawing on both academic insights and real-world examples, the session will invite students to think critically about leadership, responsibility, and the role they can play in shaping more inclusive communities.
